Brand Management

It is the outsourcing service of the marketing department. One consultant from Markam team is the project manager. We work fulltime. The entire marketing activities of the firm are being managed. The project lasts at least one year.

Organizational Transformation

It is the service of defining the marketing department by analyzing organizational structure. Company’s sales and product-oriented approach is being transformed to brand management and marketing focused approach. In this transformation, projects are done in collaboration with the marketing department.

Portfolio Strategy

Portfolio Strategy projects are the projects that brand’s product portfolio is been rearranged. New products or products to delist and relaunch processes have been managed. The length of this project is approx. 6 moths.

Brand Development

A detailed market analysis and feasibility study is done. It includes naming, launching and marketing plans. A consultant from Markam team works full time or part time for the project. It lasts for 3 to 6 months.

Positioning Repositioning

The market is divided into parts that can be managed according to various criteria. The areas to focus are determined (segmentation and targeting) How the brands should be perceived in the consumer’s mind is decided (positioning) The projects last 3 to 6 months.

Brand Audit

A detailed analysis of the brand’s environment and the brand management process. Current situation is clearly determined. The market is evaluated by internal interviews and workshops. An evaluation report is presented to the top management. Total project time is 1 to 2 months.

Projects Abroad

Through these projects it’s been aimed to analyze and to do the marketing plan of the markets out of Turkey. Generally these projects are done for Turquality brands. Till now we have been to more than 10 countries like; Russia, Georgia, Egypt, Ukraine, Iran, Iraq, Azerbaijan, Germany… These projects takes minimum 6 months – maximum 1 year.

Naming

Markaname is Turkey’s first “naming” service. Markaname team uses scientific and creative techniques in order to find names that add power to the brands and that can be registered officially.
